EXPERIENCE
Ian Paul has practised in the area of criminal law in Cornwall, Ontario since 1995. Prior to that he was a lawyer in the Canadian Forces Judge Advocate General Office from 1990 to 1994. The focus of his practice is on criminal trials, sentence hearings and bail hearings. Legal Aid cases and private retainer cases are accepted. He represents persons charged with offences of violence, property offences, drug offences and impaired driving offences.
